TANNAT RESERVA 2016
Manual harvest at the end of March 2016 at its optimum ripeness. The characteristics of the terroir and the vintage make this Tannat an intense and generous wine in all aspects of taste. The coloration is deep and bright in the vermillion range. Predominant aromas of ripe red fruits, currants, raisins, amalgamated with the nuances of the oak and its aging. In mouth mature tannins stand out, and the sensation is long in time.
Pairing: lamb, red meat, fatty fish
Aging: 12 months in French / American oak casks. Alc 13.9%
